About the role#
This is a 12-week paid internship program at XL Parts. You will gain hands-on experience in the automotive parts industry while working alongside experienced professionals. This is a full-time, on-site role that includes mentorship and development opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Handle daily tasks within your assigned department.
- Work with department leaders on specific projects.
- Participate in field rides to build business acumen.
- Receive guidance through structured mentorship.
- Assist with additional projects as directed by senior leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a college or university with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to work on-site in either Houston, TX or Jacksonville, FL for the full 12 weeks.
- Proven skills in research and project management.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs or more when necessary.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
