About the role#
As a Pension Outsourcing Intern at WTW, you will join our Retirement team to provide general administration support for defined benefit plans. You will work under the supervision of senior analysts to complete recurring tasks and assist with project work for our clients. This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Perform routine plan administration tasks, including benefit calculations and annual data updates.
- Assist with the preparation of benefit statements for clients.
- Update documentation materials to maintain accurate work papers and audit trails.
- Work with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Follow plan documents and government regulations during all administrative processes.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program with a focus on mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaborate within a team.
- Preference is given to 3rd or 4th-year students.
Location & details#
- Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada.
- Terms available: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, or Fall 2027.
- Work modality: Hybrid, with an expectation of three days per week in the office.
- Compensation: $28.00 CAD per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
