About the role#
As an intern in the Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) business, you will work with a team of international and regional consultants. You will help multinational companies navigate complex business, cultural, and regulatory environments. This role involves developing solutions for the design, financing, operation, and monitoring of benefit and compensation programs on a global scale.
What you'll do#
- Assist in providing consulting advice regarding retirement, health, welfare, and compensation issues.
- Serve as a resource for associates and consultants by performing intricate aspects of client work.
- Analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities alongside associates.
- Engage in an actuarial exam study program, including paid study hours and study materials, if applicable.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related quantitative field.
- A strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Completion of one or more actuarial exams is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A sense of accountability and the ability to own your work.
- A self-starter mindset with a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates must be graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.

- Location: New York, NY
- Term: Fall 2027 (through December 2027)
- Work Modality: On-site
- Compensation: $27-$36 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.
- Benefits: Includes access to a contributory pension plan and a 401(k) savings plan.
