About the role#
The Multinational Client Management (MCM) internship is an 8-week summer program designed to provide undergraduate students with hands-on experience in the insurance industry. You will join an international group focused on service, broking, and consulting for global clients. This role involves strategic advisory work, managing international casualty programs, and coordinating with our global network of offices. You will work alongside senior leadership and gain exposure to clients ranging from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside colleagues of all levels and learn from senior leadership.
- Support the development and implementation of new strategies and products.
- Collaborate with your intern class on priority business projects.
- Gain insight into various organizational roles and present your own findings.
- Learn and demonstrate select analytic models.
- Develop both soft and hard skills through structured professional training.
What you'll need#
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a target graduation date of May 2028.
- Entering your Senior Year in Fall 2027.
- Majoring in Business, Risk Management, or Liberal Arts.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Ability to work legally in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Analytically driven with a strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to proficient Microsoft Excel skills (Power BI experience is a plus).
- Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to learning.
Location & details#
- Locations: New York, NY; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (typically 3 days per week in-office).
- Compensation: $31.00 to $34.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.
- Benefits: Includes access to a contributory pension plan and a 401(k) savings plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
