About the role#
This paid summer internship program offers hands-on experience within the Wealth Management departments of Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company. You will work alongside professionals on real-world projects and gain exposure to strategic decision-making. The program includes professional mentorship, networking events, and opportunities to engage with senior leadership. High-performing interns may be considered for continued employment after the program ends.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of personalized financial strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with advisors to prepare for client meetings.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist with special projects that improve wealth management operations.
- Present project findings and research to senior leaders.
- Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social events.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum of 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Summer 2027 (early June through mid-August).
- Work Modality: Full-time, on-site (up to 5 days per week).
- Requirements: Available for in-person orientation and both virtual and in-person interviews.
