About the role#
We are looking for college students to join our Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This is a full-time, paid position that provides hands-on experience in financial services. You will work alongside professionals on real-world projects and gain exposure to strategic decision-making. The program runs from early June through mid-August.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of personalized financial strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with Advisors to prepare for client meetings and conduct data analysis.
- Work on special projects that improve wealth management operations.
- Participate in a structured learning program focused on professional development.
- Present your research or project findings to Senior Leaders.
- Engage with leadership through networking events and career-focused discussions.
- Take part in volunteer initiatives and employee resource groups.
What you'll need#
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- A major in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site up to 5 days per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking, analytical abilities, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and availability for in-person interviews and orientation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
