About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience within the Bryn Mawr Trust Endowments and Foundations department. You will gain exposure to wealth management services and industry processes while working alongside advisors and team members. This is a full-time, paid position running from early June through mid-August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support client meetings, RFP submissions, and various wealth management initiatives.
- Collaborate on projects and participate in committee activities.
- Meet regularly with assigned mentors to discuss your progress.
- Manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
- Present on your research, projects, or operational activities to Senior Leaders.
- Participate in professional development activities and networking events.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- A major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- You must have reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site up to 5 days per week.
- Availability for in-person and virtual interviews, as well as an in-person orientation, is required.
