About the role#
The Sales Enablement & Learning Internship is a 10-week, full-time program designed for college students interested in financial services. You will work alongside industry professionals to support frontline teams. This role focuses on how communication strategies, training, and performance insights help associates serve clients effectively.
What you'll do#
- Support learning and development, communications, change management, and performance initiatives.
- Research and contribute to operational activities within your assigned business area.
- Present project findings and research to senior leaders.
- Participate in professional development activities, volunteer initiatives, and employee resource groups.
What you'll need#
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
- A business-related or similar major is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Fundamental computer proficiency.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the office.
Location & details#
- Location: Wilmington, Delaware.
- Term: Summer 2027 (10 weeks).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site (up to 5 days per week).
- Requirements: You must be available for in-person orientation and interviews. You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
