About the role#
We are looking for an Internal Communications Intern to join our team and support messaging for Product teams and the wider organization. This is a part-time role of approximately 20 to 30 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your school schedule. You will gather information from teams across the company and turn it into clear content that keeps employees informed. This position offers exposure to various areas of the business, including Product and Engineering, while you develop your skills in storytelling and corporate communications.
What you'll do#
- Support the coordination and execution of company town halls and internal meetings.
- Gather information, materials, and content from speakers and stakeholders across the organization.
- Create and format presentations for internal events.
- Write, edit, and produce internal newsletters and employee communications.
- Develop internal web content and pages.
- Assist with additional internal communications projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills.
- Ability to learn about new topics quickly.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and topics simultaneously.
- Comfort learning and using new technology, presentation tools, and communication platforms.
- An interest in communications, journalism, media studies, or English.
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and adapt as priorities change.

- This role is based on-site in Austin, Texas.
- This is a paid internship at $28 per hour.
- The term is rolling.
