About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in audit work while working alongside professionals at various levels of the firm. You will contribute to client engagements as an individual and as part of a team, gaining exposure to industries ranging from small businesses to large corporations.
What you'll do#
- Perform audit, review, and compliance testing procedures in accordance with firm and professional standards.
- Gather necessary information by responding to client inquiries.
- Use data analysis skills to identify useful information and patterns to support recommendations.
- Prepare or review financial statements, footnotes, management reports, and other engagement outputs.
- Develop technical competency with GAAP.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
- Completion of a corporate or individual taxation class.
- Working towards eligibility to sit for the CPA exam upon graduation.
- Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Preferred coursework in Data Analytics or Big Data.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Spring 2028.
- The role is based in Tinley Park, Illinois.
- This position requires an on-site work arrangement, with work performed in the office or at client sites.
