About the role#
This paid summer internship runs for 12 weeks from May through August 2027. You will work 40 hours per week, including some Saturdays. As a participant, you will join a cohort for program activities, events, and development opportunities while gaining direct experience in retail banking operations.
What you'll do#
- Operate a teller drawer to serve customers in the lobby or drive-up.
- Process mail, night depository, and ATM deposits.
- Support branch operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Identify potential cross-sell opportunities for customers.
- Shadow Relationship Bankers, Branch Managers, and Commercial Bankers.
- Participate in community events and cohort development activities.
- Follow all department and regulatory policies and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a US college or university, preferably entering your junior or senior year.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Academic concentration in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, volunteering, or extra-curricular experience.

- Compensation: $19.00 per hour.
