About the role#
Wintrust Financial Corporation is hiring for two internship positions within the Human Resources department for the Summer 2027 term. This is a 12-week, full-time program based in Rosemont, Illinois. You will work 40 hours per week and participate in cohort events and development opportunities.
What you'll do#
Depending on your assigned role, you will focus on either Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration or social media and event coordination.
LMS administration tasks include:
- Configuring and setting up the Docebo LMS.
- Migrating existing content and organizing learning modules.
- Onboarding users, creating guides, and troubleshooting basic system issues.
- Customizing the interface and implementing plugins.
- Inputting data and generating reports on system performance.
- Testing platform functionality and ensuring content accessibility.
- Documenting system processes and maintaining data security.
Social media and event coordination tasks include:
- Planning, coordinating, and managing logistics for events and conferences.
- Creating and scheduling social media content.
- Photographing and filming events.
- Editing photos and videos for internal and promotional use.
- Maintaining databases for project tracking.
- Coordinating volunteer events and outreach.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a U.S. college or university, with preference for students entering their senior year.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Concentrations in Human Resources Management, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, Education, or Computer Science.
- Experience with data management, user training, technical support, photography, or graphic design.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. now and in the future.
