About the role#
WIN Technology is looking for a Salesforce Administrator Intern to join our Business Systems team. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support the administration and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role is designed for students or recent graduates who want to build a career as a Salesforce Administrator or business systems professional. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your class schedule.
What you'll do#
- Assist with day-to-day administration, including user setup, permissions, profiles, and data management.
- Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and Flow automation.
- Meet with business users to document requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Provide first-level support to users and assist with new user onboarding.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Gain exposure to ecosystem tools such as Conga and FormAssembly.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Completed coursework involving Salesforce, or earned Salesforce Trailhead badges, Superbadges, or certifications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-motivated approach and a willingness to learn.

- Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Candidates must reside within 75 miles of this location.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Part-time, non-exempt, paid internship.
- Term: Rolling.
