About the role#
WGI is hiring a Civil Intern for the Summer 2027 term in San Antonio, Texas. This paid internship provides hands-on experience by working on real projects for public and private clients. You will work alongside our civil team to bridge the gap between classroom theory and professional practice.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members across various departments on project tasks.
- Complete individual assignments within your assigned discipline.
- Follow company policies and maintain a punctual, dependable schedule.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on your experience level.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of study in Civil Engineering or a related field at an accredited college.
- Proficiency with PC skills and Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work in varied environments, including office settings, outdoors, and at project sites.
- Current authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation is preferred.
