About the role#
WGI is hiring an MEP intern for the summer of 2027 in Austin, Texas. This is a paid, full-time internship designed to bridge the gap between classroom education and professional work. You will gain hands-on experience by working on real projects for both private and public clients.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members across various departments on project tasks.
- Contribute to specific team projects and individual assignments within the MEP discipline.
- Follow company policies and guidelines while maintaining punctuality and dependability.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on your experience level.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of study at an accredited college in a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work in varied environments, including office settings, outdoors, and at project sites.
- Current authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation is a plus.
