About the role#
The Business Insights team integrates information from diverse sources to improve business performance. You will work across business segments to help transform the company into an insight-driven organization. This role involves using data and analytics to shape strategic decisions.
What you'll do#
- Compile, clean, and validate large datasets for accuracy.
- Perform quantitative analyses to evaluate performance across the seniors housing portfolio.
- Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Support portfolio management through scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
- Maintain and refine financial models, forecasts, and valuation tools.
- Integrate data from multiple systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current student status at an accredited college or university.
- Enrollment in a Master's or PhD program.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Previous internship or work experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in database or computer science is preferred.
- Familiarity with R, Python, or Alteryx is preferred.
