The Wellington Management Co-op provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global investment management firm. You will support investment operations, governance, documentation, and research initiatives. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders across Investment Management, Operations, and Investment Administration, offering insight into the operational and analytical aspects of the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Review, organize, and support the production of investment- or fund-related materials.
- Assist with data entry, database population, and document management.
- Conduct research and analysis related to business initiatives or market developments.
- Support process reviews and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Assist with record maintenance and retention activities.
- Coordinate information, materials, and approvals across teams.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in financial markets.

- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-office 4 days per week).
