About the role#
This co-op position offers hands-on experience at the Weston Power Plant in Kronenwetter, Wisconsin. You will work on-site to gain professional experience in plant and project engineering, technical support, and environmental compliance. This is a full-time role starting in May or June 2027 and continuing through the end of the fall semester.
What you'll do#
- Apply classroom learning to real-world engineering tasks.
- Combine engineering science with team-building and communication skills.
- Assist in evaluating equipment and system performance.
- Help maintain reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance at the power plant.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSE.
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering.
- Graduation date after July 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Location: Kronenwetter, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027 through the end of the fall semester.
- Compensation: $23.10 per hour with paid company holidays.
- Status: Full-time, on-site position. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
