About the role#
This Co-Op position offers students the chance to gain professional experience in power generation. You will work in plant and project engineering, planning, and technical support. This role involves hands-on work across our hydroelectric facilities in Wisconsin and Michigan.
What you'll do#
- Apply your classroom learning to real-world engineering projects.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating equipment and system performance.
- Maintain reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance at our generation sites.
- Build skills in communication and team-building alongside engineering science.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Computer Engineering.
- Graduation date after July 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8.
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSE.
- Valid driver's license.

- Locations: Merrill, Wisconsin or Iron Mountain, Michigan.
- Term: Full-time through Summer 2027.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid position with company holidays.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
