About the role#
This is a full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will work with the Financial Planning and Analysis and Regulatory Planning and Accounting teams to support WEC Energy Group.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the preparation and communication of monthly and long-range financial forecasts.
- Maintain and improve the UI Forecasting model, including modifying reports and calculations.
- Communicate forecast results to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Help prepare, communicate, and track rate case schedules.
- Prepare responses to rate case data requests and track proposed adjustments from Commission Staff and Rate Case Intervenors.
- Work with departments across the company to ensure data accuracy.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics.
- A graduation date after June 2027.
- A minimum GPA of 2.8.
- A High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

- Compensation: Paid position with an hourly rate between $21.30 and $24.60, plus paid company holidays.
