About the role#
This internship program offers students the opportunity to gain professional experience within the entertainment and media industry. Interns will work with the B/R storytelling team to support the development and production of sports content. This is a paid, hybrid internship for the Fall 2026 term, running from October 12th to December 18th. Interns are expected to work 16 to 24 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Support producers in the development and production of sport-specific content, including NBA, NFL, MLB, soccer, and combat sports.
- Participate in brainstorms and pitch ideas for short-form storytelling content for Bleacher Report social platforms.
- Write scripts for short-form content executions.
- Assist in preparing assets for long-form content.
- Collaborate with the team on the development and execution of email and in-app marketing strategies.
- Compile notes, images, and footage to guide post-production.
- Assist in creating copy for new campaigns and manage performance reporting and metrics tracking.
What you'll need#
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising Junior or Senior in academic good standing (3.0 GPA or above).
- Strong passion for television content, pop culture, and internet sports culture.
- Understanding of content creation in the social space and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in the Atlanta office on a regular cadence.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Relevant majors include Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Business Administration, Psychology, Graphic Design, or Sociology.

- Compensation: $19 per hour for undergraduate interns; $25 per hour for graduate-level interns.
