About the role#
This internship with the Disney+ and Hulu Brand Marketing team focuses on global brand strategy. You will help identify opportunities and challenges while using data to build strategic frameworks for Direct-to-Consumer offerings. You will report to the Director, Marketing Strategy and work with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans.
What you'll do#
- Support the Brand Marketing team with campaign management and strategy execution.
- Maintain long lead planning documents, including campaign calendars and project lists.
- Create campaign overviews, post-mortem documents, and marketing materials for senior management.
- Partner with Brand Marketing managers to develop strategic briefs and overview decks for internal and agency kick-offs.
- Attend and provide notes for briefings, status meetings, and agency sessions.
- Research industry news, competitive analysis, and cultural trends to inform creative strategy.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Photoshop, and Airtable.
- Basic knowledge of brand strategy, marketing, and creative advertising.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
- Experience working in collaborative environments.
- Current standing as a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.

- This is an on-site role based in Burbank, California.
- The internship runs from September 2026 through December 2026.
- This is a full-time, paid position at $22.50 per hour.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess unrestricted work authorization.
