About the role#
Warner Bros. Discovery is offering multiple Sports Marketing and Social Media internship opportunities for the Fall 2026 term. These roles are based in New York City and provide hands-on experience within the entertainment and sports media industry. Selected interns will work 16 to 24 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.
What you'll do#
Interns will support various teams, including those focused on marketing, audience development, and social programming. Responsibilities include:
- Performing script coverage, screening, and footage organization.
- Conducting research and searching for music.
- Logging extra content capture, including syncing interviews.
- Proofreading and providing transcripts.
- Subclipping and pulling media selects from interviews.
- Creating links for project assets.
What you'll need#
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student, 18 years or older, enrolled in an accredited degree program.
- Academic standing of 3.0 GPA or above.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Passion for Film, TV, Media, and Entertainment.
- Ability to handle sensitive pre-air material with discretion.
- Working knowledge of video editing, with AVID experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- Compensation: $19 per hour.
