About the role#
Warner Bros. Discovery is offering Social Media internship opportunities for the Fall 2026 term. These roles provide hands-on experience within the entertainment industry, focusing on supporting content production and social media operations. Interns will work on-site in New York City for 16 to 24 hours per week between October 12th and December 18th.
What you'll do#
- Perform script coverage, screening, and footage organization.
- Conduct research and search for music.
- Log extra content capture, including syncing interviews.
- Proofread and provide transcripts.
- Subclip and pull media selects from interviews.
- Create links for project assets.
What you'll need#
- Must be a rising Junior or rising Senior undergraduate student, 18 years or older.
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited degree program for the duration of the internship.
- Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Demonstrate a passion for film, television, media, and entertainment.
- Ability to be trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive pre-air material.
- Preferred fields of study include Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
