About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Central Operations and Technology division. You will work across various business units to influence decision-making and support strategic initiatives. This is a paid, full-time position based in Deerfield, Illinois.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to strategy development for your assigned business unit.
- Analyze data using various tools to provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist with day-to-day operations and department projects.
- Suggest improvements for current policies and internal processes.
- Complete a project that aligns with strategic priorities and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, specifically in Business Administration or Operations Management, with at least two semesters remaining.
- Experience working within teams.
- Ability to write reports and present information formally.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
