About the role#
We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team. You will support our identity verification and agent verification product lines. This role is for someone who thinks like a future Chief of Staff. You will manage details, close loops, and bring order to our operations. You will work directly with our Customer Success and KYA teams to support onboarding, account health, and customer engagement.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and track the onboarding process for new customers.
- Monitor account activity and flag early signs of friction or missed milestones.
- Build and maintain customer health trackers and status dashboards.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests, action items, and post-meeting notes.
- Draft customer-facing communications and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Develop onboarding guides, FAQs, and help documentation while identifying gaps.
- Act as a link between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Organize and track open items from cross-functional meetings.
- Use AI tools to automate routine tasks, draft communications, and test lightweight automations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in any major.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to provide quick follow-up and close loops independently.
- Eagerness to learn and absorb new context quickly.
- Active use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Notion AI in daily life or coursework.
- No prior Customer Success experience is required.

- This is a remote position.
- The role is paid and full-time.
