About the role#
The Vocon Co-Op program provides students with hands-on experience in architecture and interior design across a variety of project types. You will work within a collaborative environment, engaging directly with project teams to contribute to client work. Each student is paired with a mentor to provide guidance and support throughout the assignment. You are encouraged to participate in company activities to build relationships with teammates and mentors.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate closely with project teams on client-facing tasks.
- Contribute to multiple projects or work independently, depending on your experience and skillset.
- Engage in meaningful design work and project responsibilities.
- Participate in company events and team-building activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited architecture or interior design program, ideally having completed at least the third year of undergraduate studies.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- A portfolio and resume for review.
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
