About the role#
VisitorsCoverage Inc. is seeking an Office Administrator Intern to join the team in Santa Clara for the Summer 2026 term. This part-time, on-site role provides hands-on experience in business operations, administrative support, and HR functions. Interns will work Monday through Thursday, up to 25 hours per week, in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Provide organized, timely, and detail-oriented support for daily office administrative and clerical functions.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and responsive assistance to employees, clients, candidates, and visitors.
- Coordinate employee events, lunches, and outings, including logistics, vendor scheduling, and on-site support.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing equipment, managing system access, and updating records.
- Provide first-level IT support, including device setup, hardware inventory tracking, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with insurance licensing administration, conduct research, and support special projects for leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of college coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Prior experience in an office, administrative, or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available).
- Strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and familiarity with office technology.
