About the role#
VisionPoint Marketing is looking for an Agency Administration Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This role provides a broad look at how an agency operates by supporting the Business Development, Finance, and Client Operations teams. You will act as a foundational support layer for these departments, helping to keep internal systems and projects running efficiently.
What you'll do#
- Support the completion of proposal paperwork and organize project documents.
- Assist the finance team with bookkeeping and billing tasks.
- Work with Client Success Managers to audit and update project data.
- Provide quality assurance for internal time sheets.
- Update internal standard operating procedures and document team workflows.
- Manage the coordination and physical shipping of client proposals and materials.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to at least 15 hours per week during the Fall semester.
- Proficiency with Spreadsheets and Docs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ClickUp is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, hybrid position based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
- You must be located in or near Raleigh to handle occasional in-person operational tasks, such as shipping time-sensitive proposals.
- The internship term is for the Fall 2026 semester.
