About the role#
This internship provides an inside look at how a marketing agency operates by supporting multiple core departments, including Business Development, Finance, and Client Operations. You will serve as a foundational support layer, gaining exposure to various agency workflows and systems.
What you'll do#
- Support the completion of proposal paperwork, document organization, and the physical shipping of client materials.
- Assist the finance team with bookkeeping and billing tasks, including creating billing schedules and reviewing invoices.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers to audit and update project data within internal project management tools.
- Provide quality assurance support for internal time sheets.
- Assist in updating internal standard operating procedures and documenting team workflows.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week during the Fall 2026 semester.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and document software (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Docs).
- Experience with ClickUp is considered a bonus.
- Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage tasks across multiple departments.
