About the role#
This internship provides practical experience at the intersection of technology, payments, and client engagement. You will contribute to sales projects while learning from professionals across Digital and Enterprise Sales teams. The program includes structured training, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help you understand Visa operations. Interns may be considered for the full-time Sales Development Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Support research, analysis, and project work to advance client engagement and pipeline development.
- Learn how sales teams identify opportunities and support client needs.
- Use data, CRM, and productivity tools to organize information and communicate insights.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on assigned deliverables.
- Present findings, incorporate feedback, and build professional communication skills.
- Participate in development programming and exposure to the broader business.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
- Strong interest in sales, technology, payments, or financial services.
- Clear written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, seek feedback, and improve.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working across diverse teams.
- Digital fluency, including experience with generative AI tools.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
- Experience through coursework, campus involvement, customer service, or team projects.

- Compensation: $29.00 to $33.00 per hour.
- Travel: 5-10% of the time.
