About the role#
ClinDCast is looking for an entry-level Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to support our sales pipeline, marketing initiatives, and daily operations. This role is for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while contributing to business growth and internal workflows.
What you'll do#
- Assist with lead generation, marketing outreach, and follow-up tasks.
- Support the sales team by managing CRM updates, scheduling, and client communication.
- Help execute marketing activities including email campaigns, social media coordination, and the creation of promotional materials.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and weekly tracking updates for sales and marketing metrics.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and professional, customer-focused communication.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work full-time on-site in Tampa, Florida.
