About the role#
Victory Income Investors is seeking a Fixed Income Research Intern for the summer of 2027. This eight-week program offers a chance to participate in the credit research process through fundamental analysis. You will report to a Director of Research and work on-site in our San Antonio office.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to corporate, municipal, or structured product asset classes.
- Receive mentorship from senior analysts.
- Interact with and learn from portfolio managers and traders.
- Research a chosen credit and present a comprehensive review.
- Deliver a final investment recommendation to portfolio managers and Directors of Research.
What you'll need#
- A passion for learning fundamental credit analysis.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- An innate curiosity and a willingness to dig for information.
- A motivated self-starter mindset.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg.
- Substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship located in San Antonio, Texas.
- The role is scheduled for the summer of 2027.
