About the role#
Vestmark is hiring for a full-time Operations Analyst Co-op for the Winter 2027 term. You will join our Business Process Outsourcing team to work under the guidance of an experienced manager. Each intern receives a mentor and participates in scheduled training sessions and company events to gain professional experience in client support.
What you'll do#
- Learn the processes, sponsor relationships, and vendor systems used to support client managed accounts.
- Perform account level reconciliation for cash, positions, transactions, and tax lots.
- Handle account maintenance tasks such as new account setup, terminations, contributions, withdrawals, and tax harvests.
- Review and validate account and client performance returns.
- Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions.
- Manage security master activity, including new security setup and pricing updates.
- Partner with internal departments to manage client expectations and provide customer service.
- Collaborate with your team and sponsors to resolve exceptions.
- Take on special projects to support new products and platforms.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least 2 years of coursework toward a bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Marketing.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college.
- Strong analytical reasoning and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple projects.
- Self-motivation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- This role is based in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
- The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
