About the role#
Vestmark is looking for a Video Production Coordinator Intern to refresh our training video library. You will work with the Training and Education team to update content for our software platform to reflect the latest user interface. This is a project-based role for a student interested in video production or education technology.
What you'll do#
- Audit the existing training video library to identify which clips need updates.
- Re-record and edit short-form training videos within the updated software environment.
- Use screen-capture and editing tools to produce polished, consistent content.
- Trim footage, add callouts and annotations, sync voiceovers, and include captions.
- Coordinate with the Training team to prioritize tasks based on product updates and client needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program, such as Communications or Marketing.
- Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing clean, professional content.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow structured scripts and take direction from subject matter experts.
- Prior experience or coursework with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects is a plus.
- Interest in financial services, fintech, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with instructional design or e-learning development is helpful.
