About the role#
This Human Resources Internship offers an opportunity to support both the Learning and Development (L&D) and Internal Communications teams. You will assist with administrative tasks, content creation, and process improvement while gaining exposure to corporate operations in a professional healthcare technology environment.
What you'll do#
- Build and update learning content, course materials, and instructional guides.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs, including scheduling and materials preparation.
- Manage the creation of the weekly internal newsletter and company announcements.
- Draft, format, and proofread internal communications for clarity and brand consistency.
- Use Microsoft SharePoint to create intranet articles and manage internal resources.
- Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools to improve the efficiency of routine L&D and communications tasks.
- Support employee engagement and giveback initiatives as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program, preferably in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
- Status as a rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- Prior professional experience, or relevant coursework in writing, event coordination, or training.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- An interest in learning design tools such as Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across different functional areas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for various audiences.
