About the role#
As a Services Portfolio Management Intern, you will work with the Customer Experience (CX) team to define, build, and optimize our services portfolio. You will help create scalable, repeatable offerings that drive customer outcomes and retention. This role covers the full services offering lifecycle, from initial research to market launch.
What you'll do#
- Research customer needs and market trends to inform our strategy.
- Track performance metrics for our current services.
- Assist with go-to-market activities for new and existing offerings.
- Explore how data and automation can streamline service delivery.
- Identify ways to make our services portfolio more efficient and scalable.
What you'll need#
- Rising Senior status pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong data analytic skills with basic exposure to data science or analysis concepts.
- Proficiency in using AI technology and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine willingness to learn about technology.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in San Jose, California.
- The program runs for 10 weeks during the Summer of 2027.
