About the role#

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care while utilizing modern clinical technology to streamline documentation. You will work within a collaborative environment that emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and clinical growth.

What you'll do#

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Continue professional growth through mentorship and learning programs.

What you'll need#

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Georgia PTA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to deliver hands-on, evidence-based care.
• Capability to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Strong communication skills.
