About the role#
Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role focuses on providing high-quality patient care while utilizing modern clinical technology to streamline documentation. What you'll do#
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
- Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
- Continue professional growth through mentorship and learning programs.
What you'll need#
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active Georgia PTA license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Ability to deliver hands-on, evidence-based care.
- Capability to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Strong communication skills.
