About the role#
Upstream Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Duluth, Georgia. You will work in an outpatient orthopedic setting focused on helping patients recover movement and function. We provide mentorship and a structured onboarding process for clinicians at all experience levels.
What you'll do#
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
- Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
- Continue professional growth through mentorship and learning programs.
What you'll need#
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active Georgia PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to deliver hands-on, evidence-based care.
- Ability to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
