About the role#
This is a year-round, paid internship based in Chattanooga. You will handle assigned work items to provide quality service to our business partners. Most roles focus on general business functions like operations, strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement. You will gain experience in a professional office setting while working part-time.
What you'll do#
- Provide high quality transactional support to business areas with a focus on productivity, accuracy, and customer service.
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships across various departments.
- Work as a team player by backing up peers, addressing conflict, and giving or receiving feedback.
- Adhere strictly to privacy guidelines.
- Manage project or task-based work independently.
- Prioritize tasks in a high-production, deadline-driven environment.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited 4-year college degree program or an MBA program.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher in your major or overall.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A strong customer service focus and openness to mastering new tasks.
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- A minimum 9-month commitment to the program.
- Completion of a satisfactory background check.

- Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Year-round, part-time during the school year with the possibility of up to 40 hours per week during breaks.
