About the role#
The Coordinator, Student Operations oversees enrollment management, program administration, and student services for Education Abroad. Reporting to the Assistant Director for Operations, you will work with advising and program management staff to support global learning opportunities and ensure a positive student experience.
What you'll do#
- Manage the workflow for study abroad transfer-credit course evaluations, including resolving process issues and coordinating with Transfer Credit Services.
- Monitor and analyze large datasets in the study abroad course database to identify academic trends and program needs.
- Administer student registration and records processes for Education Abroad programs.
- Audit student course registrations and academic records to identify discrepancies and initiate corrective actions.
- Develop student-facing resources like guides, webinars, and presentations to support strategic objectives.
- Serve as an administrative resource for complex student and stakeholder inquiries.
- Coordinate large-scale events such as Study Abroad Fairs and visa services.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least one year of professional administrative or coordinator experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated experience working with a student information system.
- Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
