UniUni is seeking an HR & Admin Intern to join the Talent Acquisition team in Vancouver. This role offers hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent operations within the freight and package transportation industry. The internship is a full-time, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Canada Operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Post job advertisements and source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and campus partnerships.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview processes, collect feedback, and support offer preparation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS/HRIS system.
- Assist with hiring metrics, reporting, and recruitment process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program.
- Ability to work full-time on-site starting from the end of March.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems is considered an asset.
