About the role#
This 12-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in mortgage operations. You will join the Servicing team to support the Customer Care department. The program includes job shadowing, access to senior leadership, and networking opportunities. You will gain insight into how we support borrowers after their loans close.
What you'll do#
- Assist with borrower inquiries and payment processing through phone, secure messaging, and our online portal.
- Support the Customer Care team in resolving client service needs.
- Manage loan account information and documentation within our servicing systems.
- Learn about escrow management, PMI tracking, and loan account maintenance.
- Contribute to maintaining professional standards in all client interactions.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to loan servicing operations.
What you'll need#
- You must be graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2027 or 2028.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Openness to learning, willingness to be coached, and flexibility.

- This position is fully on-site in Pontiac, MI.
- The internship runs from May 17th through August 6th, 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
