About the role#
This 12-week internship program places you within the Corporate Training and Leadership Development teams. You will work alongside approximately 200 other interns, gain access to senior leadership, and participate in networking events. The program focuses on professional development and learning the internal functions that support employee growth at United Wholesale Mortgage.
What you'll do#
- Study and apply adult learning theory.
- Facilitate team building exercises and escape rooms.
- Create training materials, job aids, and infographics.
- Draft strategic communication plans.
- Shadow team members during training sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop a new training module for the company.
What you'll need#
- Current junior or senior status, graduating in 2027 or 2028.
- A willingness to be coached and an openness to learning new skills.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is located on-site in Pontiac, Michigan.
- The program runs from May 17th to August 6th, 2027.
- You are expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
