About the role#
As a Paid Search Intern for Summer 2027, you will gain hands-on experience in one of North America's largest in-house paid search programs. You will work alongside experienced professionals to understand the strategy behind digital marketing campaigns and learn how to analyze customer behavior.
What you'll do#
- Learn how to plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns.
- Review campaign data to identify trends and support marketing recommendations.
- Research keywords to improve performance.
- Support ad development and testing initiatives.
- Work with a dedicated mentor on meaningful business projects.
What you'll need#
- Junior-status college student.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Strong work ethic and critical thinking skills.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, 12-week, on-site internship.
- Available locations include Pleasant Prairie, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Waukegan, IL, Glenview, IL, and Kenosha, WI.
- Interns have access to an on-site cafe, fitness center, and organized networking events.
- Complementary housing is provided for out-of-town interns.
