About the role#
This is a full-time, 16-week paid internship for Summer 2027. Interns will gain hands-on experience adapting content for French-speaking customers and work directly with the Uline translation team. This position is based on-site and offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal departments and translation vendors.
What you'll do#
- Translate and adapt marketing materials, product information, and customer communications for the Canadian market.
- Review digital and print content, such as web copy, product descriptions, and video subtitles, for accuracy and tone.
- Research terminology and utilize translation resources to ensure high-quality content.
- Support localization efforts by collaborating with internal teams and external translation partners.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a 3rd or 4th-year university student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Translation, English, Communications, Logistics, Media Studies, Philosophy, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and French, in both verbal and written forms.
- A strong interest in French-Canadian translation and supporting customers in Québec.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

- This role is located on-site in Milton, Toronto, or Mississauga, Ontario.
- The internship is a full-time commitment for the Summer 2027 term.
