About the role#
This is a paid, year-round internship designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional contact center. You will work alongside experienced staff to solve real customer challenges and build communication skills. This role is a full-time internship, though it requires a commitment of 15 hours per week during the school year.
What you'll do#
- Guide and process customer orders and inquiries.
- Build business relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Help customers navigate the website and online ordering process.
- Provide service by solving problems and supporting customer needs.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing in a college program.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Marketing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A strong work ethic.

- This is an on-site position.
- Locations include Kenosha, WI, Pleasant Prairie, WI, Gurnee, IL, Waukegan, IL, and Racine, WI.
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
