About the role#
UDT is seeking a Project Management Intern to work directly with the CEO. This role provides hands-on experience in coordinating projects, managing priorities, and supporting operational initiatives. You will be responsible for tracking tasks and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
What you'll do#
- Assist the CEO with coordinating and tracking special projects and priorities.
- Support facilities-related projects, improvements, and other operational initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and internal team members.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, action items, and follow-up activities.
- Research products, services, and vendors needed for project completion.
- Obtain quotes, schedule appointments, and coordinate project activities.
- Maintain organized project documentation, proposals, and invoices.
- Provide regular updates on project status and outstanding items.
- Assist with administrative and personal projects for the CEO as needed.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort interacting with vendors, contractors, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to independently research issues and identify solutions.
- Professional, dependable, and able to exercise good judgment.
