About the role#
Tyler Technologies is hiring a Software Development Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will join a self-organizing SCRUM team to help build and maintain software products. This position is based on-site in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
What you'll do#
- Take part in the full software development lifecycle.
- Handle requirements analysis, design, and implementation tasks.
- Conduct QA analysis and write unit tests.
- Assist with deployment tools and ongoing maintenance.
- Adapt to changing team needs as a member of an agile development group.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree program.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think abstractly.
- Knowledge of coding principles and at least one high-level programming language.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and switch focus when necessary.
- Capacity to move projects forward without constant supervision.
- Willingness to learn C#, Node, Angular, QA methodologies, and cloud frameworks.
