About the role#
Turner Construction Company is hiring an SB Supply Chain Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will work across the business team to support the coordination and distribution of information for SourceBlue products and services.
What you'll do#
- Support supply chain heat mapping, vendor database management, resiliency systems, and equipment tracking.
- Assist with the project closeout process, including the preparation of final records like warranties, as-builts, and spare parts.
- Evaluate information to ensure compliance with contract documents.
- Enter and maintain master procurement data, such as pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and analyze business reports and estimates for vendor changes.
- Visit project sites to observe product quality and placement.
- Travel to manufacturers’ factories to observe Factory Witness Tests and learn about product development.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university degree program, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to work independently, under management oversight, and within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to document information accurately.
- A proactive approach to new projects and flexibility with work assignments.
- Interpersonal skills demonstrated through student leadership, volunteerism, or community involvement.
- Willingness to work assigned hours and take responsibility for your own actions.
