About the role#
This internship supports the Headquarters Philanthropy team at Turner Construction. You will help with research, presentations, and the development of marketing materials for the Turner Foundation. This is a part-time role, up to 20 hours per week, with a schedule built around your classes. The position is paid and runs through May 2027.
What you'll do#
- Create and produce presentations and marketing materials.
- Manage digital assets and social media marketing efforts.
- Communicate and coordinate with Turner Foundation grant recipients.
- Assist with internal and external communication regarding philanthropy activities.
- Ensure all marketing materials follow brand standards.
- Maintain professional relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university program for Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.
- Ability to proofread and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel if requested.
Location & details#
This position offers hybrid, remote, or on-site work options. You may be based in Boston, Saddle Brook, New York, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Reston, Charlotte, Miami, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, or San Diego. The pay range is $21.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on your location, year in school, and experience.
