    About the role#

    This internship supports a pilot program designed to improve home safety and reduce fall risks for seniors. You will work directly with the Founder and CEO to launch and measure this initiative across 100 to 300 households. The role balances community health outreach with data analysis and business strategy.

    What you'll do#

    • Manage communication with participating households and conduct local visits.
    • Collect and organize data before and after home modifications.
    • Track fall-risk indicators and report on outcomes.
    • Conduct basic data analysis and create executive summaries.
    • Research and reach out to senior care partners like nonprofits, medical advisors, and public health departments.
    • Prepare presentation materials, proposals, and partnership decks for corporate clients.
    • Coordinate pilot activities including community events and meetings.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, Data Science, or a pre-med related field.
    • Ability to perform field work in the North Dallas area, which will account for approximately 85% of your time.
    • Interest in community health, operations, and business strategy.
    • Strong organizational skills for managing participant communication and partnership outreach.

    • Location: Flower Mound, Texas (Hybrid).
    • Duration: 12 to 16 weeks.
    • Commitment: 15 to 20 hours per week.
    • Compensation: $16 to $20 per hour based on experience.
